Adrian Belew Power Trio, live on Rockpalast

(decent quality streaming video, 1hr concert)
59-year-old Belew is one of the most remarkable and original experimental guitarists of our time (and one of my favorite artists, too). Known best for his work with King Crimson, he has also had an extensive solo career, his own band called the Bears - and has played with a massive range of musicians including Frank Zappa, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Nine Inch Nails, Porcupine Tree and others. His guitar style is instantly recognizable, he plays with the entire guitar's body (not your average strummer!), and uses many technically-progressive elements in his performance - including looping machines and synth. All in a mostly-unpretentious, fun and noisy package. Much of the material presented here was originally written and recorded with Tool's drummer Danny Carey and Primus bassist Les Claypool. In the past couple of years he has performed with and is now recording with the drum and bass brother-sister duo - 21 year old Eric Slick and 23 year old Julie Slick. Saw them live last summer, they kick much ass, and I put a big stamp of approval on this video, go check it out people (if you have any interest in above-mentioned music or just good rock music otherwise).
A perfectly legal link, by the way, approved for pimping by the artist himself and promoted thus far by King Crimson's independent label and the Slick siblings' mom's blog.
