Check out Billy Joel? Sometimes there's inclusion of other instruments like drums or sax, but mostly piano.

If classical music works, there's Gabriel Faure's Dolly Suite for two pianos. It's a set of six children's pieces with titles like "Mi-a-ou", "Dolly's Garden", "Kitty Waltz", etc. Times range from about 1.5 to three minutes each.

Joe hisaishi have done pretty piano song too ( in my opinion xd )
