I forgot to save the source URL :\ But I didn't alter the photo too much except for cropping off the bottom to make it a square and some slight color alterations and adding stuff behind the text .

Naturally people read from top to bottom, left to right, so I tried to compensate for this with color drawing the eyes, and the varying brightness, etc. Didn't work with most people I tested it on, but I liked the idea so I kept it. Plus I'm really lazy.
