This is just a friendly reminder to let you know that entry submissions will close on the 19th. You have 19 days to get your entry in to us. This means you need to have your AMV uploaded to the servers or mailed and in our hands by this time. Please get your entries into us ASAP, if there’s a problem you might not be able to resubmit if you wait until the last day to get it to us.
Now on to the good news,
We are proud to announce that the Anime Music Videos room has been relocated to the DoubleTree hotel. The new room has a larger capacity so we can host even more attendees for our events!
The DoubleTree Hotel is located across the street from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, next to Gibson's Bar and Steakhouse. The AMV room is located within the Signature II & III Ballrooms in the DoubleTree. We look forward to seeing you there!

The amv room's always been in the hyatt, this is the first time the con has spread out to a second hotel.

No. You forget we had one showing in the Main Programming2 that was in the other hotels the last two years. ACen has made use of the other hotels for the last two years at least (I'm thinking goes back 3 years...would have to check my program book copies).
