Once again I am sorry for the wait on that post on the winners I have had a month from hell(Almost Homeless) and I just got back to getting my life back in order.

The Judges are my self,2 art college grads and a fell AMV Holic like myself. Plus anyone else that was on staff for the con that wanted to vote.
