Cutting it kinda close this year. I'm about 2/3rds of the way through editing my entry for this year. Hopefully I can get this finished in a few days :P

and this I suppose would be a question for Vlad, would it be better to send in an HD or a standard definition encode [Being as my source is 720p]?

The university projectors can only do NTSC so all videos will be converted to 720x480 MPeg2 NTSC complaint... If you make a mpeg2 of it, it can be SD, if you send in another codec, higher res can always be downscaled...
