The idea for this contest was born from the will to create a brand-new and funny contest for a lot of AMV maker; in fact, the WEST will see the partecipation of 50 editors from 3 different AMV communities: amvparadise (italian), soul's team - amvfrance (french), a-m-v.org (english).
The contest will develop in this way:
- I° ROUND will be a normal IC; there will be 50 editors (divided in 10 groups of 5). Only 30 of you guys will pass.
- II° ROUND: these 30 people will be divided in 10 groups of 3 editor. They'll have to battle in another IC, but this one will be different because the anime or the theme will be given, while the song will be free. in the end we'll have 10 winners, 1 for group.
- III° ROUND will see the survivors fight in 2 team of 5 person. There will be a reservoir. This IC-MEP will have some special rules, and the winner team will take the participants to the final deathmatch where they will fight one against the other for the victory.

For the registration at the WEST we can accept a maximum number of:
- 16 people from a-m-v.org
- 17 from amvparadise
- 17 from soul's team
In case of a major number of requests, the judges will decide who can partecipate until the number of partecipants will be 50.
So join in a great number, because there will be an high level and lots of fun!:>
You can request to join until 31 January; the first match will be on February, 6/7/8th and 13/14/15th. You'll have 48 hours and some extra hours in case of encoding problems etc.

-Size limit 200 MB
-Render in avi, mp4, mkv, wmv, mpeg
-Upload on mediafire, ftp, a-m-v.org
