The AMV Wars, AWA Hentai Event!

Thats right! For the first time ever The AMV Wars will be making an appearance at AWA! Bringing our unique brand of hentai entertainment along with us. That's right, The AMV Wars Hentai Edition will be taking the spot light, late night, Friday night, after the AMV Dance. This will prove to be one of the most exciting events to date!

Now here is the catch, there are no set competitors.

I know you're thinking, why hold an event when there are no editors? Well that's just it, there isn't any set in stone. We figure, why choose two people to edit when we can have everyone who wants to do it participate.

This is an official call out. HMV editors! This is your chance to take the spotlight. Who is the BEST at making an HMV in the two hour time limit? Think you are, then step up and show us!

Your sources are: whatever you want to edit with!

Your theme is: whatever the audience choses at the event!

Your Secret Ingredient is: TBA!

The only requirement to edit is that you bring your own editing machine, whether that be a laptop (preferred) or a desktop, and that you are in fact 18+. Drop me a PM and I'll set you up with all the extra details.

Don't feel up to editing? 16 hours too long of a distance to bring your editing equipment? Never fear, for it is YOU who will determine the theme and winner of the event! So come on down and take part in the depravity! There will be plenty of fun and games to be had.

Oh, and head on over to our website if you feel so inclined to learn more about us, and to check out our archive of past competitors videos. (hint: that isn't just an image)

Go CB-R!

List of current competitors:

As one of the poor saps dealing with AWA VAT tech I'd like to emphasize the encouragement if you're bringing a machine with you for this that it be a laptop. Not only is it easier for you to transport obviously, but the hotel has gremlins that live in the walls and like to crawl down power cords and destroy electrical equipment of any kind. They especially seem to have a penchant for VAT computers...

Fortunately, these gremlins aren't very adept at maneuvering through the AC to DC converters that you're probably going to be running your laptop off of however, and that's a good thing.

Yep, the power in the room (expecially along that wall where all the play comouters are) sucks bigtime.. Without a UPS it causes nothing but havoc with equipment...

Yeah, your music selection is up to you as well.

All you need to adhere to is the secret ingredient and the theme, both of which you will find out shortly before the competition starts.

So your contribution to the event is that you're bringing 1 anime to the con and giving a copy to anyone who wants it? Gee, I wish I knew it was that easy to get comped, then I wouldn't do so much work!

I would go if this was the official Iron Editor, the format for this event seems to defeat the purpose of the challenge of the competition.
