Brad Backofen returns to Otakon 2007 to defend his championship against the challenger, Jeff Heller!

THEME:
The World's Last Hope

INGREDIENTS:
each editor must use at least 3 of these

Avatar the Last Airbender: 17-20
Excel Saga: 22-25
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
End of Evangelion
Read or Die OVA: 1-3

Secret Ingredient:
Each editor must use the secret ingredient at least once. As always, it will be awesome.

When/Where:
Currently we are scheduled for 5:30-8:30pm on Saturday in Panel 3. I am told it is wtfhuge. This is subject to change.

While the winner is being decided (7:45-8:15) we will be announcing/showing the winners of the Otakon 2007 AMV contest. The room seats 600 and we are expecting to fill that, so show up early! During the event you'll be able to watch the editing as well as watch random AMVs and compete in silly audience participation games for FABULOUS prizes!

We are "guaranteed" nothing. This is just what's on the schedule now. I believe some of the higher-ups saw some AWA pictures and realized that the ONLY reason Iron Editor has had low attendance, is because we've been stuck in crappy rooms ^^

that should be a good match-up I like both editors although I think I might go Atomx to win. Hay im out of the loop on how the current I.E. works now but does whoever wins at Otakon go to AWA for like a final match-up. Its soo different now then how its used to be.

No, that was a special tournament to persuade cons to pick up the Iron Editor program in hopes of possibly winning some bragging rights. That, and Omar really wanted to make a championship belt

Whoever wins Iron Editor at Otakon, will have to defend their title at next year's Otakon.
