Otakon 2006 AMV Contest Submitters Attending the Convention!

This year we will be reserving seats in main events for everyone that has made a submission to the conventions AMV Contest this year (be it competing or non-competing) and a guest or two of your choosing.
In order to take advantage of this it is REQUIRED that you contact me with your full name (as it was entered on your AMV submission form), and the number of guests you will be bringing with you (limit is 2, however special allowances may be made for those being accompanied by parents or siblings, please tell us if that is the case).

Please email the above information to hackerzc@gmail.com with the subject "Submitter Seating" no later than 9pm(Eastern) Friday July 14th 2006.

All names will be cross checked with the contests list of submitters for this year.
Only those whose entries we have actually received may take advantage of this offer
(if your entry was lost in the mail and never got to us then we will be unable to reserve seating for you, sorry).
If you have submitted but will not be at the con, there is no need to reply to this.

Confirmations will be sent out as messages are received.
If you do not get a confirmation from me, you do not have a seat.
