Otafest AMV Contest Announcement

Otafest is proud to announce Vlad Pohnert's help with our contest this year! A big, big, big, big thank you to Vlad for all your help! All entries will be reencoded back to mpeg2 and played off of Vlad's equipment for superior playback!

As such, mpeg2 is the preferred format, although all entries will be reencoded to this format.
