Katsucon Submissions Must Be Mailed

OFFICIAL statement from Katsucon AMV staff:

Due to technical difficulties the FTP for Katsucon will not be up. As those of you who submitted in previous years have done. Please mail your submissions. If you are incapable of mailing your submissions we will make attempts to accomidate you as time allows however please understand that arrangements are available on a limited basis to ensure absolute delivery of your submission it is best to mail it.

Katsucon AMV submissions ABSOLUTELY MUST BE MAILED!!!!

Please dont forget to mail your submissions BEFORE the deadline of January 14, 2006.

I mailed my submissions out today. I also sent out my pre-registration as well of course to the apporiate address.
