This is an experiment; I'm not sure if I'm going to continue compiling this information. If anyone has strong opinions one way or the other, feel free to post or PM.

What follows is a summary of contest awards for the first half of 2004 (through Anime Expo), kind of a "stars" list for convention contests. One list is for AMVs, the other is for creators. In order to keep the size down I'm only listing those that won two or more awards. I can put up the complete list (via link) if anyone is interested.

The counts do not include any place less than first, nor any honorable mentions or personal awards (judges awards are included). Not all contests have been counted. Some European contests are missing, as well as others like Bakuretsu Con & PortConMaine.

As always, this is for entertainment value and not to be taken too seriously.
