Changes to the Anime Central AMV Contest

I just realized that I forgot to post here about the anime central amv contest changes in addition to sending it to the mailing lists.

I would like to take this time to formally announce to you that we are going to be making some changes to the Anime Central Music Video Contest. To start things off I would like to get everyone's input on how judging will be done for 2004. I want to keep all the discussions in the acen forum thread, so please don't send any replies to the list, if we keep it all in the forum thread I can better catalog all the suggestions.
