We are planing on doing some fun stuff with the contest this year (not gonna spoil anything cuz it's a surprise but think on the name of the contest this year {N-TV} that should give you a few ideas).
Yes we are accepting non-compeating videos and digital submitions but if you are submiting a didgital video we ask that it be in the following format.
MPEG2 at 720x480 and 29.97fps at 48khz, stereo (not joint stereo) be warned anything that is submited digitally that is not in this format will be changed to this format!
