First off... I am almost done with the admin interface... i will begin testing files when that's done... I made the user side first (your side) since it was more important

the admin side is more complicated than i thought...

second... make sure that when you fill out your personal information... you fill it all out... alot of people are not inputting thier phone numbers, nor thier mailing address...

When we submit a video online, do we need to send an entry form, too ?

i just talked to matt about this... you still need to mail it in... but thats only a 37 cent stamp... and can arive after the video... it just has to arive before the contest

Should we do the same for Fanime? The rules ask for a letter that has the same information that is on your forms, but there is no request for a release-signature like with Otakon.

Is a textfile rar'd up witha digital submission good enough for Fanime?

for fanime... whats on the website is ok.... no need for a seperate form...

and... i just updated the website...

man my skills are pathetic... but... i just added a nice feature at the top which breaks down the steps needed to submit a video... and hopefully cleaned up the interface a bit... and add actuall explinatiosn of what everythign means....

gah i so suck at this
