Tekko is Pittsburgh Proud! 2026 AMV Contest (DEADLINE: 6/28 Main; 7/3 Extreme)

Hi, everyone:

The Tekko Convention in Pittsburgh, PA is here once again for another round of contests, and this year the theme is being PITTSBURGH PROUD! We would love to see you all put on your idea caps and whip up some videos that have a connection to Pittsburgh in some shape or form.

Examples include, but are not limited to, videos featuring music or audio from Pittsburgh-area artists or associated with Pittsburgh (Wiz Khalifa, Mac Miller, 'Renegade' by Styx, etc.); themes commonly associated with Pittsburgh (sports, industry, food, etc.); or imagery commonly associated with Pittsburgh (like the usage of Andy Warhol-style cuts, a bus in a sinkhole, etc.)

And as always, we have also our usual selection of music video types to choose from as well - category choices are in the application, and the more we get of videos for a specialized category the bigger the chance we may highlight that in some way!

The deadlines for the contests are June 28th, 2026 for Main Contest and July 3rd, 2026 for the Extreme Contest.
