Ok, I got the email and I was able to submit them. Only thing is, there was a mistake on my part. One of the entries, I accidentally submitted the wrong link to, and though it's the same AMV, It was a version that was (slightly) larger than the 300MB limit, and yes, I have a version smaller than that uploaded. So would I be able to just change the link?

Just to let anyone know here, I have been feeling under the weather the past few days. On top of that, I just found out a technical issue on our end made it so we had been receiving your email these past few weeks, but unbeknownst to us, none of the replies we had sent out were actually being sent. If you had emailed us a question, you should have now received a reply from us.
I sincerely apologies for the extreme delay in responding to all of you
