When should we receive confirmation that you got our videos?

If you have received a confirmation email yet. Then something has happened and we have not received your entry. Please try re-submitting.

So I sent 5 submission forms already with the download link in each form a few days ago. Since I haven't received any confirmation, you're saying I should resubmit all 5 and wait for confirmation? How long would it typically take for said confirmations after new re-submission?

I just got a more complete list from our dept. head. I'll be up late tonight going through and sending out confirmations. Sorry for the scare.

Okay. I just sent out emails to everyone who entered the contest (and only 1 bounced). So I think I can safely say now if you haven't received a confirmation emailed, then we haven't received your submission (or your email is bouncy. I'm gonna crawl into bed now... (any problems will have to wait until after I wake up) ... g'nite.
