Is the usual "This video has been successfully converted for playback on our systems" email a bit behind schedule this year? Sent my vid last week, but only received a submission form confirmation.

When it came to my video, it took a little over three weeks for me to receive the "This video has been successfully converted for playback on our systems" email. However, with the deadline fast approaching, I have a feeling that more of these will be sent over the next few days.
