MTAC & Tekko 2018 Extreme Contest - CLOSED

Post by GloryQuestor » Mon Feb 26, 2018 1:14 pm

Hi, everyone:

Even though the Main Contests for both of these conventions are closed, we are still opening up our forms for our separate Extreme Contest events. We did get a good number during the Main Contest runs, but we definitely would like to see more for this special, separate showing at both conventions for our late-night, age-restricted crowd. Therefore, the forms (linked below) are still open for Extreme Contest entries only until 11:59pm Central Time, March 11th.

Accordingly, the rules section in the forms have been revised with this new Extreme Contest deadline and strictly state that all videos received between Feburary 26th, 2018 to March 11th, 2018 must qualify for the Extreme Contest in order to enter it. We still reserve the rights to determine what is "Extreme Content" in terms of the contest, and we will immediate disqualify any video that does not fit the Extreme Contest criteria -- the Main Contests are completely closed, and no additional non-Extreme videos will be added to the Main Contest lists of either contest.

Here are links to the revised Extreme AMV Contest event information on the official websites:
- Tekko in Wonderland 2018 AMV Extreme Contest
- MTAC 18th Battalion AMV Extreme Contest

If you have any questions about the Extreme Contests or need a review of your video to see if it qualifies, please let me know.

Thanks, and good luck to our Extreme Contest entrants! :)

We are still looking for entries for these age-restricted exclusive AMV events, each of which have their own awards. You must get the videos to us by the end of day Sunday, however, to get into the contest!

So, if you have that excessively bloody, tearing everyone apart gorefest video, that (expletive) (expletive) kind of (expletive) video with lots of (expletive), or that raunchy sexy video that none of the main convention contests will touch, we are willing to take a look for our Extreme Contest! Just keep in mind what was said in the first post (and is repeated on the official rules in both the websites and on the submission forms).

Thanks for your consideration!

Today is it! The last day, and the last push, for the Extreme Contests! If you have a video that is extreme enough to fit our age-restricted events, please send us your submission by the end of today! If you have any questions about the contest or want us to preview it, please let me know by PM or e-mail.

Also, thanks to those who have already sent in submissions for the contests, we really appreciate your support, and good luck in the Extreme Contests!
