Holiday Matsuri 2016 - December 16-18, 2016 @ Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, FL
This year, we're changing up the AMV Contest! We're making it a POOL PARTY! That's right, hundreds of people will be enjoying your AMVs in the Florida Weather at the massive main pool. This pool has over 100,000 gallons of water, featuring two waterfalls and two hot tubs, as well as food and drink at the pool bar. Its a perfect way to kick off Holiday Matsuri!

Encoding/Display Rules
- 45 to 300 seconds in length, non-inclusive of required blacking.
- You must submit a Youtube Link (so we can share it later!) and a Dropbox Link (so we can include it in the videos displayed on the screen).
- Videos must be encoded with MP4,MKV,AVI,MOV or MPG. MP4 is highly suggested. (Judges use VideoLAN to view the video, so please use that to verify its capability of viewing!)
- Videos must be encoded in 720p, 720i, 1080i or 1080p resolution, at 24, 29.97, 30 or 60 frames per second. Please note that videos will be downsampled to 720p/24 Resolution for public display purposes, but will be judged at the original resolution.
- Videos (on DropBox) must have 2-4 seconds of black, muted frames. No titles, audio, or video should exist in this leading and exit time.
Content must be from Anime Videos, but we may take exceptions of Live Action Adaptations. Audio must be 80% or more music, although spoken intros are accepted.
Please note: We are displaying the AMV Contest at the Orlando World Center Marriott Pool, with a Pool Party at the same time. As such, we are required to limit the use of Gore, Cursing and Sex to zero. There will be little kids at the pool, and we cannot display these AMV to this audience. Use your best discretion when determining the limits of this policy. Each occurrence will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the Judges and the Staff of Holiday Matsuri and the Orlando World Center Marriott.Prizes
Physical Prizes (such as cash, merchandise and certificates) will not be mailed. You must arrive at Holiday Matsuri one day Friday thru Sunday and approach the Registration Desk to receive your physical awards.BEST IN SHOW: $100 in Cash, Free Pass to Holiday Matsuri 2017, Sponsor and Vendor Merchandise
