■　概要 ”Summary”

このイベントは日本の”niconico video"で開催されるAMV/MADコンテストです。
参加するAMVは、アニメ、マンガ、ノベル、ゲームを中心とした物である必要があります。

This event is the AMV/MAD contest held by Japanese "niconico video".
An animation, an animation and a novel have to a game with the center in AMV which participates.

あなたは、日本の「niconicoアカウント」を持っている必要があります。
あなたが持っているアカウントは「一般」と「プレミアム」どちらでも構いません。

The account you have doesn't mind both of "public" and "premium".

あなたが”niconico”のアカウントを取れなかったり、AMVがアップロード出来ない時には、イベント運営にAMVを渡して頂ければ代理でアップロード致します。
あなたの作ったAMVを「MP4」で「100MB以内」にエンコードしてからお渡し下さい。
受け渡しは必ず「Skype」で、圧縮せずチャット画面にAMVを直接置いて下さい。
その際、「作者名」と「作品名」、「動画説明文」も添付して下さい。どれも文字数制限がありますので、簡潔に御願いします。「サムネイル」はランダムになります。

When you can't get an account of "niconico", and AMV can't be uploaded, when you'd hand AMV to event operation, I'll upload it by a surrogate.
Please hand it after AMV you made is encoded in "within 100MB" by "MP4".
Please never compress a delivery by "Skype" and put AMV in the chat screen directly.
In the case, please also attach "author name", "video name" and "AMV explanation".
Everything is subject to the number of characters restrictions, so please take care concisely.
"Thumbnail" will be at random.

投稿期間　8月31日（水）0:00 ～ 9月19日（月） 23:59
Contribution period August 31 Wednesday 0:00-September 19 Monday 23:59

投票期間　9月20日（火）0:00 ～ 10月2日（日） 23:59
Voting period September 20 Tuesday 0:00-October 2 Sunday 23:59

結果発表　10月9日（日）21:30 ～ 23:30　「ニコニコ生放送」で、結果を放送予定。
Result announcement It's expected to be 21:30 - 23:30 "nicolive" and broadcast a result on Sunday, October 9.

■　作品について ”About participation AMV”

1. 参加作品数は１～10本。動画の長さが合計で1～10分迄です。
　The number of participation AMV, 1-10. The length of AMV is until 1-10 minutes in total.

7分と3分の作品2本や、1分30秒のOPサイズ6作品などの様に御参加頂けます。
1分ちょうどの作品10本が、最大参加作品数です。
合作（MEP）でも御参加頂けます。

You can participate like 2 works in 7 minutes and 3 minutes and a OP size 6 work for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
10 works for exactly 1 minute are the biggest participation work number.
You can participate in collaboration (MEP).

2. 未発表のAMV作品のみ参加できます。
　Only an unannounced AMV work can participate.

3. 使用曲は基本的に自由です。
　The use song is free basically.

4. 映像素材は、アニメーション、イラスト、ＣＧなど。「various」での参加も可能です。
　The picture material, a cartoon film, an illustration and CG.　The participation by "various" is also possible.

5. 実在の人物の映像は禁止されています。
　Person's real picture is prohibited.

イラストであっても過度な性的描写、過度な暴力描写は禁止。
実在の人物、事件、宗教、政治信条などを、拡散する様なAMVも禁止です。

An excessive sexual portrayal and an excessive violent portrayal prohibit an illustration.
AMV which spreads real figure, incident, religion and political principle is also prohibited.

イベント運営によって、ルールに反していると判断された場合、自動的に「支援作品」として扱われ、投票からは外されます。御了承下さい。

When being judged by event operation to be against a rule, you handle it as "support work" and are removed from voting automatically. Please accept it.

■　アップロードについて ”About upload”

「ニコニコ動画」にアップロードしたAMVには、必ず大会名「AniPAFE2016」のタグを付け、かつロックして下さい。必要事項はこれだけです。

Please be sure to put and lock a tag with a meet name "AniPAFE2016" in AMV uploaded in "with a pleasant smile, animation". Requirements are only this.

投稿フォームの時点でタグを付ければ、自動的にタグロックされます。
投稿後でも、投稿者なら登録タグの編集を行うと、タグの右横に「鍵のマーク」が出ます。それでロックして下さい。

When tagging as of the contribution form, a tag is locked automatically.
When a contributor edits a registration tag after contribution, "mark of a key" goes out to to the right of a tag. Please lock it with that.

■　投票について "About voting"

投票する時には、必ず「ニコニコ動画」の「アカウント名（ニックネーム）」と、「ユーザーページのURL（プロフィールURL）」を記載して下さい。

When voting, please be sure to mention a "niconico" one "account name (nickname)" and "URL of the user page (profile URL)".

複数アカウントによる投票や、組織票は禁止です。
運営スタッフが、複数アカウントによる投票や組織票だと判断した場合は、投票は無効になります。

Voting by more than one accounts and organized votes are prohibited.
When judging that operation staff were voting by more than one accounts and organized votes, voting becomes invalid.
