Again, the ballots have a tear-away top. Each video has a number assigned. You check off your favorite videos' corresponding numbers on the top, write in your vote for best of show, tear off the top, and you get to keep the rest, listing all of the video titles, studios, animes, all that jazz.

The two screenings that will have voting seat 2,800 people a piece. Im guessing that some people will leave, and some will come in late, so say 3,500 tops. That's 7,000 potential votes. My current plan is to run off 9,001 ballots (OVER 9,000!). If there are extras available, they will be handed out at IE, and the rest will get dumped on the info desk on Sunday. We budgeted for 20,000 ballots, but there's no reason to print that many, and I'm hoping that I can negotiate putting some of the money that we're saving, towards the award plaques that aren't in the budget :-/
