I'm in the process of moving so my pro form may be a bit late.

Since I haven't entered Pro since 07 I think, I honestly don't remember, but DO we still have to physically mail in the entry form? For some reason I was thinking that just submitting it with the video info on the VAT site was enough. But I'd like to make sure. Is just filling out the PDF and e-mailing it enough?

Yeah, that's fine, that's how I sent mine in, and I got verified up above.Brad wrote:Since I haven't entered Pro since 07 I think, I honestly don't remember, but DO we still have to physically mail in the entry form? Okay, so call me an idiot, but how is everyone saving their filled-out entry forms to e-mail them? Acrobat Reader keeps telling me at every turn that I cannot save any text I enter into the form, even after I save a copy of the PDF to my hard drive first.

Yea, you can't save a form filled pdf unless you have the full version of Acrobat (NOT doable with just Reader). My preferred solution to print to pdf is CutePDF. It essentially installs as a printer and allows you to create a pdf from any program capable of printing.
