Can we submit an entry encoded with HUFFYUV via the web if we use our own server hosting to send it to you?

Just a reminder that there's less than a month before you need to have your entries in. If you're planning on uploading them do it now because we have a limited space to work with and cannot handle 30 people uploading on the last day, so don't procrastinate.
Gimme a minute, I'll make a cool one....

• The theme for this year's theme contest is "Faux Anime Intro" Take the opening intro from one anime, and then clone the intro using a different anime series.
Should the people doing the theme contest, send in the original opening they're recreating with their entry?
Otherwise if it's a less known anime that the judges haven't seen, wouldn't it be hard to really judge? >_>

Well, I think it';d confuse the judges if we showed both during the contest. Plus it'd eat up some valuable time. What I'd suggest is either this:

1. Show the video as is and hope for the best.

2. Place a small box in the corner with the original intro in it, syncronized with your version.

However, I'd like to just say you don't need to clone it completely. People aren't going to mark points off because "this guy didn't act exactly like the original did in the intro."

That's half the fun, though D:
