Got my submission sent through Yousendit, I hope. Just wanted to send something in heh heh egad probably all wrong but what the heck.

All right, I just posted up the round 2.
AMV_4000, you are required to make a vid now :p

I will still be accepting entries for round 1 through tonight. The cut off point is whenever I wake up and get to my computer on Sunday morning.

So the winner has been chosen already?

Because as i understood the rules the winner of the previous round should select the next audio to be used, and would also judge on the second round.

The rules say the winner will judge and choose the audio for a "future" round.

In practice, the winner of round 1 will be doing round 3. This gives us a 1 week buffer time to get everything judged, notify the winner, and let him have time to choose something. In addition, this allows everyone to the maximum amount of time to get their entries in.

for some reason i beleive that this is not the best ever version of AYB,

can we use our own version or is the one that you given final??????

oh also, do we get to see da winning vid?

Hmmm thats a good idea. I'll discuss it with the others and answer that later today.

The winners (along with the other entries) will be posted in a "compilation" video. I will release the first one after round 3 is over, in about 2 weeks from now. The name of the winner will be posted as soon as judging is completed though.
I might decide to post a link to just the winning video in the meantime though, I haven't decided yet.

Alright, i decided we WONT be allowing alternate versions of the song. That just opens up a whole nasty can of worms. Just tough it up and use this one. It IS a challenge after all ;p

Judging for round 1 is almost complete. I can almost say with confidence who the winner is already, but I want the last judge (who i havent seen all day) to get his vote in before I jump the gun.

This is one great idea. Ive been tossing up the idea of mini-AMV's for a while to get over my chronic non-finishing of AMVs, buit havnt even had the motivation to start them. (Damn Im Lazy!)
I will definetly have a shot at this. When there is an audio clip that doesnt inspire me to rip my ears off..... (Yes, its that painfull to me)

EDIT: On second thoughts..... I think I know something....
