The owner has made certian rules about what is allowed on this site
(Just like you have on yours)
That person has entrusted others (like AD) to enforce those rules.
AD made a determination ( a rather fair one in my opion, not that mine or ultimatley anyone other than Ad's opion matters in this case) that you contest and other links violate the rules he was trusted to enforce.
I noticed your site has a "blacklist" section where you call out those who violate your rules as well as a moderated message board, So i presume that you are familair witht he concepts in action here.
Finally I'll make the suggestion that you consider removing the rips from your site because quite frankly you'll get sued long before the org does, and your disclaimer about backups and that police & record company employees not being allowed to access your site holds no legal water whatsoever, and i ssupect that you really can't afford to defend yourself from whatever suits they may file.

thanks for the explanation and I understand the rules and why I have to take off my links Im just debating having dvd-rips up which I know I shouldn't have but ppl like them and i like to please the ppl who visit my site and I got plenty of server space to fill im sorry that offends ppl I guess I can stop posting here or you can ban me from your site entirely if you would like that
