Am I understanding the rule correctly: there should be no information about the editor/studio/song/anime in the clip (which is the norm online)? So, basically just the video with no intro and outro and the organizers will make their own?

This is the norm for just about every single AMV contest that takes place at a physical location.

I think the "norm" Bote meant was online versions typically have intros and/or outros.

Maybe I shouldn't have used the same word he did, but I understood what he meant. Providing the extra layer of detail beyond what Vlad will say when he answers adds value to the question beyond this individual case. As an added bonus, we should probably also mention that a number of cons will disqualify your video outright for having intros and outros, so that, too, is pretty normal.
