So... I registered a video for EXPO and got the ID 985. I guess that probably means that there are almost 1000 video registrations for AWA over the whole years. Impressive oO

might want to keep in mind that the database where that video information is stored is probably also storing the video information for PRO and panels. Plus they may not purge the entries from year to year (makes it easy to keep track of past years for one) so the number you're seeing might not entirely be accurate.

Yes, no, kinda, sorta. SD has it more right. The database has all of the contests (and any panels/projects that opted to pre-upload to me) back to 2007 that I've run, and I'd eventually like to merge over 2006 but it's in a slightly different format that needs to be converted and consolidated. Therefore video num's just continue to climb. I've wiped and restarted a few of the year specific sub tables, like ftp requests/accounts and the pro voting stuff which is why some numbers are high and some low.

Question, for the pro contest on the main page it says the nomination closes and finals begin on Wednesday August 26th... But the next time August 26th will be on a wednesday is 2015... So I would suppose that that is supposed to say either Wednesday August 25th, or Thursday August 26th?

Okay, seriously, where the hell is everyone finding this? I feel like I've looked through every single page on awa-vat.org that could possibly have this information, and I've found nothing. People are saying it's on the main page, but I am not seeing it, either before OR after logging in.
