As creators I think we like that most of all.
That reminds me... How big was the crowed, how well did they like all the videos. How were the reactions?

Vlad
Well there was a good size there, I'm not sure if I could estimate numbers ... the room wasn't jam packed but it was a massive room. We think it's comparable to AWA's room.

The Crowd was great, the laughed and cheered and made TONS of noise. Especially for Shandenfreude, He-Mon, Reboot, and YES VLAD YOURS AS WELL :P

I've been in AMV crowds where they just sit there silent and that is boring.

This crowd however went nuts for things they loved I think the two loudest responses was for yours and for haunter's videos. It would have been the PERFECT Crowd to play douggie's new video for.

Wow, that's great they enjoyed it and the others.. That’s what makes it all worth while! Now I'm even more envious that I did not come... Maybe next year :D

The crowd at the Sunday overflow showing was a little quieter, but it wasn't much smaller and they still cheered plenty.

What better introduction is there? Good meeting you, dude.

That's OK, I'll get even with him at AWA :P Besides I need that one to finish my set of three... In Canada 3 is the magical number... Atleast that what I hear

Woo, stuff arrived in the mail yesterday.

Really appreciated the note you included about the audience reaction/judging :)

You're welcome.

At AN we value the personal touch. I'm glad your medal arrived safely.

Kitsuner (John from California)

Also remarked on how he thought it was cool that you guys gave the judges reason when presenting the awards.

I've been to alot of other contests and A-North is the only one that does it.

(I will keep trying to get more people to come...)
