i'm gonna be nice and not say anything sarcastic or rude.
You'll find your answer in the very first post of this thread, along with the majority of all contests threads here.

I'm almost done designing the background layer, then the painted layers can be started.
It takes about 3-4 hours to hand paint each cell, with 2 painted layers and 4 non-painted layers for each award. Not to mention the long drying time for animation cell paint, as we found out the hard way...

Most of the convention organizers have been busy scouting a new location for next years convention. It will be nice if we get the new convention hall, it will have more space and larger screens...

This is a great contest to start off with(I always enter here, even if I don't enter anyplace else). Good Audience, wide variety, and they field 9 award categories... including the Shiroto Award, which only people who have made 4 or less videos are eligible for. Don't forget to fill out the whole form!
