What was the format you uploaded last year Rider?
That format should work fine. After doing a bit more research I am pretty sure PPro handles mp4 natively. I will need to verify it directly here soon and get you a better answer.

i didn't upload last year. i mailed in my humungo huffy files i remember you complaining about having to deal with multi gig videos so i didn't wanna put you thru it again
