What are your people's opinions on changing making a 4:3 anime 16:9 for a trailer? Keep the 4:3, right?

Considering that this con is like only 30 minutes away from my house and I've never even been to it, I should really make a vid this year and go to it. We'll see what happens.

So I'm on ACen staff (production/IT, i.e. not video track), and I noticed that staff entries are not being accepted this year. Does this apply to just AMV/video programming staff or all staff?
If the latter, what would you do if I submitted a video under an assumed name?
Also, would you like these rules up on the public website?

Naughty stuff and 3 months is perfectly enough time for a trailer I'm working on; action may not be an original giver for me tho
