A TEAM TOURNAMENT IN PRODUCTION!!!

Be more than glad to explane. ok allow me to announce the rulez.

1. Their are 5 people on a team.

2. they go against another 5 on the opposite team.

3. Each one from each team shall face eachother, The one with less losses wins the match and advances to the next round. U suffer from 3 losses ur out. IF there manages to be a tie. 1 person from each team needs to pick a new amv to break the tie. But don't worry u still get to use that amv u used to break the tie when ever ur pleased.

4. The only time u get to use ur amv again that u used in ur previous matches will be in the finals if u make it there.

5. U have 3 days to report ur team name every time if u win a match along with new amv links.

6. Amvs in each match are only used once.

7. If u manage to run out of amvs u get 1 automatic loss point.

8. Each person must email me in order of proof of that person as ur team mate. U put on Subject TEAM what ever ur called. U email that information at phatguy_25@hotmail.com

9. If ne amvs that are not urs or ne false proof of a person being ur member of the team. Shall be Disqualified. Even if one person on ur team steals an amv or is a false member on ur team will still be disqualified or u have 48 hours (in other words 2 days) To find that substitute.

10. Judges will show no favoritism over ne one. The judges will not accept complaints about from ne one. U bitch about the judges u get 1 loss point.

11. How this tournament will be judged is by having 5 judges judging at their own field in the topics of timing,sound,originality,& ect.

12. I hope i'm not repeating myself when i say this but. Everytime if ur team wins u must report ur team with it's new link of amvs of their choosing. U have 3 days to meet that. The example of this is shown above where i announced the deadline.

Prize is still being debated on. But really u should be Proud of being the TEAM or STUDIO of the year. A prize will be brought to attention soon.

ok, about the DQ and trhe running out of vids... if one of our team members runs out of vids can they either submit a vid that one of the teamates have made OR a video made by them and another person?

also how many matches will there be? if there were 6 groups in the contest, would one team have to face another team more then once? or is it after you get defeated by a team you lose completely?
(if you lose to another team and the score is them -1 us -4 then were out completely right?)

exactly. 5 people in a team. If u have most loss on the other team, you lose. U can not submit a vid for ne one else but urself. cause ur gonna need that amv for ur self as well. IF he or she runs out ur team shall except a loss point -1. U still got a chance to win. Also when a team mate runs our of videos. U put this next to their name

Well AMV_4000 ur team might win by default if no others are not joining. Thats Why I ask ne body in this forum to announce this tourny to a friend or to who ever makes an amv and start a team ASAP. Good news for some Dead line might be pushed back a little bit more so consider the people who haven't seen this message fortunate.

im tryin to spread the word, also im gunna try to help some other people assemble teams.. that way i have competition.. if anyone wants to set up a team i'd be glad to help. But i am also trying to set up a team... anyways, if you wanna join my team, or build a team of your own and need some help, or if ya just wanna talk, AIM me! im on a LOT so feel free to talk to me!

Thank u very much for ur support AMV 4000 and the prize that we thought of might be small but I have decided to do this. 5 ops for each persons vids 5 opinions....5 videos from each team member. Sorry and i mean very sorry...Hell I'm almost crying when i'm typing this that sorry that the prize was not ne thing from u imagined. But next year we'll fix that. Besides this is probably the first tournament ...I mean first team tournament. I swear the next year when I like to call TeamCon Tournament ever starts again. The prizes will be bigger and no not money guys. or mailing dvds maybe encoding the animes to u

but for now. Just enjoy the tournament.

hey dont sweat it, i know a lot of people that could use 5 ops! accually im thinking about doing something nice for my team... cause ya gotta give people a reason to want to join you... if i can get a good job soon, then i might give dvds to my team if we do good.. keyword though is MIGHT!

but for now, anyone that makes it past round 1 of my prelims, gets a free op.. i gotta add that to the website... and anyone that makes it to part 2 and does a vid gets an op for that vid.. once i update the website i'll start spreading the word about the contest... Also, you should make a website about this contest, linking here telling people to get with a team and sign up for the tournament! we need all we can get!

EMP has been working on the website but is still in the works. I know the exact site to use once u mentioned about it. U remember the j.alana woman from AMVFD Which i'm sure u know of lol. But still that was an old vid AMV 4000, But ne ways she has a website which can help us sponsor the the tournament, She is from J&P Productions and a dear friend of mine.

I haven't decided on the ops for prizes but i have a reward for the people that don't win.

2nd. Get a vid dedicated to their team.

3rd. Ops for all of the team members.
