did you recieve my email for joining the contest? I sent it out a few days ago. Just want to make sure im in

if you didnt read the other thread, i forgot to add in what catagory i was competeing in on the email. So for Soujiro's Frustration, throw it in the action catagory

Ooshna - received your video fine, (love akira BTW ^_^). Hope to see you at the festival since you're a local!

The entry deadlines are up everyone, we received over 30 entries and will have about 25 in the festival.

I will be posting a list of all the videos probably this saturday.

now, off to work ^^;;

lol, that's my HOME rig, here at work I'm using an athlon 2800 XP, with 40 gigs HDD, 512meg DDR ram and a stock graphics card (ouch). at least it has firewire, so I can export to DV or burn to DVD (as soon as they buy the burner tomorrow ^^;;;) I WISH I could take this amv contest and do it at home, but alas, they wont pay me for work time that way -_-.

it's all falling into place, aside from a problem converting MPG-1 and 2 vids to raw AVI (for premiere), no problems, now that all that is solved, it's all cut'n'paste'n'render.

your video made it, I'll be posting a list soon, just finishing rendering the contest to DVD tomorrow.
