We now have 60 total entries with more on the way!
This will be the most successful year yet for the Showdown at Zenkaikon and it's because of all of you who brought your A+ game!
My viewing panel is gonna hate me after this...

In case you haven't kept up, this has been a banner year for the Showdown at Zenkaikon!
Here are some numbers:

2012: no AMV programming
2013: 39 entries, 2 showings, 4 panels
2014: 53 entries, 2 showings, 5 panels, Masquerade halftime awards show
2015: 45 entries, 2 showings, 4 panels, Masquerade halftime awards show
2016: 82 entries, 2 showings, 5 panels, Masquerade halftime awards show

This year, we had more contestants (46) than entries for last year!
Everyone who entered brought their A+ game.
Attendance to these events has grown by leaps each year and this year shall be even more so the case.
And it's because of YOU!

Finalists will be announced as soon as my panel scores and judges the last of the entries...

I have five of seven sets of scores back from my judges panel.
As soon as the other two are in, we'll have the finalists ready to announce.
