When I submit my AMV, I got a reply back from Box support saying this. Any tips?

Hello,

Your attempt to email file(s) into 'a folder' was not successful. This could be due to the following reasons:

- Your collaboration privilege did not allow you to upload into the folder
- A file of the same name already exists and the folder owner disabled file-overwriting for this folder
- The file you attached exceeded file size limit
- The owner of this folder does not have sufficient space in their account

Something on your end, I got a success message.

I uploaded my AMV on copy.com and shared my rar file compilation from there, is there anything I'm doing wrong? lol

While sending in the AMV, did you had to create a box.com account too? Or did you just used your normal e-mail?

I sent through normal email to the link they provided.

I'ma give it another shot, this time I will try to change my rar file name instead of naming it "Anime USA 2014" xD

It actually worked for me now, I am happy. The only reason it wasn't working was because I didn't write any message in the body paragraph lol

I am glad you got the submissions in. and Obsidian thank you for the assistance. I am going to go over my submissions tomorrow afternoon and check to see if there are any problems. the biggest three problems: 1) text file, no video (usually because there is an issue uploading the larger video in the email), 2) text file and video file not named correctly, 3) HTML uploaded and I am unable to open them at all.
