I used this for the conversion before (Europe/Rome to check the CET time so I made sure it'd take into account the DST and whatnot)... as for 3PM CST to EST, it says:

MIA is Missing in action. From what I gathered she tried everything possible to try and get a hold of you including PMs and such, none of which you even responded to.
