what's the + mean?
It's a certain mechanism from certain Czech RPG.

Means 2-12 (7 having the highest chance to be rolled) with following rule:

If you roll 2, roll again 1d6. If you roll 1-3, substract 1 and roll again. If you roll 4-6, stop and use the result.
If you roll 12, roll 1d6. At 4-6 add 1 and roll again, at 1-3 stop and use the result.

Great simulation of bayesian median (or wutever, can't be bothered to search Wiki for this).
