I want the prizes, but I can't attend and don't have a proxy (and am international).

Can I pay the shipping myself in case I win something? :>
(or if someone offers themselves as a proxy to help me, I'd be glad...)

International winners will be contacted in order to arrange for shipping. Yes, you will be required to pay for the shipping of the award(s).

Also, anyone who does not wish to wait for the con to ship the awards (as it may take some time before the con with give me the funds to ship them) may also arrange paying for shipment as well. This includes any previous years awards that still have not been shipped out. (I am still waiting on funds for 2008's awards ^^() )

Alright, one last chance to watch my video live (and this time during competition).

ETA: assuming it plays closer to the back half of the contest since at-con registration starts at 9 AM on Saturday and the contest starts at 8 AM.

Videos will be played in close order to their entry number. However they will be randomized in order to keep from having multiple of any one category type close together in order to create the most enjoyable viewing experience for attendees. The order of submission offers a fairly good randomization, however we will also try to break apart multiple videos from the same editor as well.

Judging of the contest will happen mainly on Friday evening with a runnoff judging session during Saturday morning's event.

All winning entries (and runner ups if time is available) will be replayed during the award ceremony. Also, winning videos may also be playing during the convention's closing ceremonies.

Any one in attendance that wishes to assist with judging the contest may report to the VAT 30 mins prior to Friday Evening's showing in order to be briefed on how judging will take place. However, we request that editors who's videos are competing to not be involved (we will be checking) as we will have to throw out your votes for your categories.

Hmm, sounds like I'll be cutting it close then. I guess it will come down to how big the at-con registration line is Saturday morning and how fast it moves.

I suppose it should go without saying but all videos submitted to the hentai contest were accepted. A few videos had to be bumped from the main contest into the hentai contest due to content as well. As has been stated, I will not announce the videos which are in the hentai contest, you can of course check your video's status.

The Hentai Contest will run on Saturday night at 1AM EST (that's the 2nd one, technically Sunday morning) in the VAT. It will be run as part of the general hentai event, Nat-chan & Mat-chan's Night Out, and will run first thing.


I will announce the winners of both contests online as soon as I am able to get back home and make an update. However I wouldn't expect a post until Tuesday, since I most likely wont even make it back home until late monday night at which point I will probably be too tired to set my system back up.

I really wish I could attend this year as I did back on '07, but sadly I have previous engagements from making it to the con this year. Still, I'll keep checking for updates on the winners.
