And you're still staff... Did Adam say how that was going to be handled? Are they going to show it before the contest proper? Not have it on the ballot? Or just throw away the votes it gets?

I just entered so it would get on the big screen.

Probably:

Staff entries cannot compete in the contest, but may be shown during a non-competing portion of the AMV contest.

Though I wouldn't mind competing since I don't understand how I could biased
the vote.

Yea, I never got the rules either, but they're the reason I never so much as volunteered - that's why i'm curious. You can say it's relative to my interests (not that they'd have me as staff anyways).

I'm really looking forward to the competition this year (and not just because I'm in it) - by all accounts it's going to be everything an AMV competition should be! Congrats to all, see you there!
