Crud... it seems university has again screwed over my timings on these things... so unless the ftp thing gets done, I've almost no motivation to complete my project, which basically means a very delayed entry for me... ie. something for next year instead

Still... please inform us if the ftp thing ever gets working cos I might just be able to make it for that, though on my current projections my project will not be finished till the end of September anyway... gah... tell us when it's up! :P

1) Yeah, we know the entry form is missing. Got eaten during the last website update. Until we get it replaced, you can print out your own form using the text here: http://www.awa-con.com/phpbb/viewtopic. ... 7282#67282 Just cut and paste it into a word perfect document, print, fill out, and include with your entry.
One down! Found the bloody form, and restored it back to its proper position. Links to the pro contest entry form can be found on the AWA forms page, at the front of the VAT section, or among the rules. Sorry for the delay! Just check http://www.awa-con.com

Even if you submit via ftp you need to mail blank dvds or tapes and the entry form so they can copy the entries and send them back to you.

Ah crap... that's what I forgot... this the Pros... and though I know I can compete, bloody hell, the requirements has just totally made sure now that I won't be competing at all this year because entirely of timing issues.

Oh well... I think I'll still be alive next year, right? :P

Hmm? Not enough time to make the video, or not enough time to get it mailed? If it's a matter of a few days, send me a note at gte106k@mail.gatech.edu and we might be able to wait on the package....

'cause I just got the other problem fixed! We've just gotten an FTP server up and running. We're still fiddling with one detail, but for instructions on how to upload videos to the server go to awa-vat.net and read the instructions on the homepage there. (I'll be making a seperate post, as well as updating the AWA pages later today, to make sure everyone sees this. If the mods could correct the top post to remove the "2 problems" section, I'd appreciate it.)
