Well, if that's the case, then I say send to a middling-to-large con that either takes FTP or isn't so far away that shipping would cost too much. The more exposure, the better.

(Of course, if you're not <i>that</i> confident about it, you might want to send it to a contest that has a policy of playing all accepted videos...)
