Am I the only one puzzled as to why FLCL gets the nod ahead of Escaflowne? Not only is FLCL digitally animated and therefore fundamentally a different look from the others, but back when I was getting into animé (when the boom was really starting in the US), it was said among fans that the "Big Four" for showing newbies were Trigun, Bebop, Esca, and Eva --all fairly accessible and all generally considered to be very good.

Of course, I can't compete since I am almost certainly not returning to AWA next year.

Because every scene in FLCL is AMV Gold.

Or just fold up some old cardboard, draw on one side and I'll just attach some rubber bands to it.

Actually I was planning on cooking / bringing BBQ and thought the AWA Iron Editor would be the best time to feed the editors / staff.
