Sac Anime 2007 rules Posted

Its been a long time comming, but Sac Anime in Sacramento, CA will have its first AMV Contest at the upcomming show in July 2007.

I am going to attempt to do something rather unique for this show. Currently the rules are rather flexable to allow alot of room for changes and improvements as the con gets closer. I would like to have suggestions from the submitting editors on how they would liek the contest and presentation to run. These are your videos and and such I would like to give the editors a bit more of their own input on this event (no I dont think showing a 3 hour block of just your videos is a good idea) So in addition to getting me those videos for this great event, please send us your contest ideas as well, to make an event truely more unique than any other
