Looking for Iron Editor Judges for Youmacon

Alright, we're getting close to crunch time so I want to put the call out now.

The Iron Editor competition needs judges. I'm hoping for a 6 person Judging panel. This panel will consist of:

2 Editors
1-2 Guests
2-3 Non-Editors

This is an optimal mix and may not be how the final judging panel will look like.

So, first off, the requirements to be a judge.

1. You need to be at the Iron Editor competition, this means missing the masqurade. Also, I request judges show up before the competition starts, preferably arround 6:30 on the day of.
2. A judge needs to be impartial to the editors themselves. I wouldn't be fair if a judge voted for one editor over the other because they like them, or are their significant other, or stuff like that.
3. You need to be willing to deliberate with the other judges in order to unanimously pick the winning editor.
4. You cannot be a judge in the AMV contest
