Last year was a truly international contest for us as we got entries from all over the world that included North America and Europe and the fans loved them all (as did the AMV Coordinator
) and it was a joy to present then to the fans in Edmonton. I look forward to this years entries... For those wondering, Animethon is a unique fusion of a festival and Convention and attracts over 2500 people per day. This year we've added a hotel and have gone 24 hours. We will be also showing more AMV related programming throughout the event as Canadian anime fans really love all those AMVs. I'd love to invite all you creators to the event for free and present your videos to the fans, but my winning lottery ticket has not yet arrived
