Amateur Competition on my New Site

I've been talking with the guys at dbgt forum and come-up a great idea for amateur vid makers i decide to make a competition site for the amateur i just recently started and are exceptin entries just email them to me at ssjtomato@msn.com and the site is.

Open it in VDub(/Mod), go to the desired frame, and select "Copy input frame to clipboard" from the Edit (or is it Video?) menu, then paste the result into your favorite image editing program.
