I need help

for the banner ad comp, im not doing it for anything, im just bored n felt like makin somethin. but anyways, in the rules, it says the file has to be about 20kb or less. how do you do that? i hadly have anything and mines 80+ kb. i see other ones with tons of stuff on em and they must be around 20k if they are up there. anyways here it is, please someone help me reduce the file size, i dont know how.

Save it as JPG instead of PNG.

lol, i never wanted it to be voted on. i was just bored n wanted to try.(i was loading all my trigun episodes into windows movie maker and an error occured and i lost 3 1/2 hours for loading. but thanks, ill try that wheen i get home. and steel angel kurumi kicks
